My BMR - Calculate your calorie consumption and much more in the idle state.
Calculate your daily caloric expenditure (basal metabolic rate or even basal metabolic rate) 24 hours in idle state. The result includes the consumption of your body without other activities needed to maintain its functions.
Further the PAL factor (achievement turnover) is also considered since the new version. Here you can select, e.g. that you follow to an office work. The additional consumption resulting on it is also considered.
In addition to the factors mentioned, it is also calculated, for example, how much liquid, potassium, magnesium, calcium, v. m. You should eat within 24 hours.
Who stands, for example, before a diet, can allow to indicate here fast his basal metabolism and achievement turnover and evaluate accordingly.
